Session & Cost

1-hour sessions, per week, £20.00 per session. 

Please note that the reduced training fee of £20.00 will increase as training progresses. I will ensure that you have at least 4-8 weeks' notice of any pricing changes.

Initial contract: initial meeting & two sessions - before I meet with supervision. 

Supervision

As I am a trainee counsellor, I will be in regular supervision. No personally identifiable data is shared during supervision; all clients are anonymised. The intention of supervision is to present and discuss sessions, interventions, and my development as a psychospiritual therapist to best serve you and our time together, and to meet industry ethics and standards.

Session Audio Recordings

Excluding the initial meeting, sessions must be audio-taped as a condition of the training. Only with your consent will sessions be recorded, and no personal identifiable material will be included. 

Recordings of sessions will be used for training purposes only, and brief portions of the sessions will be transcribed. 

Recordings will be safely and confidentially stored and permanently deleted after a maximum of 12 months from the date they were made.

I am a trainee member of both the Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
